The check-in was easy and exactly as described in the instructions. The house was clean and comfortable. Steve was very quick to respond, helpful and friendly the one time I had to message him during the trip. I’d stay here again.

Love this place. It was nice, clean and everything that you need was ready. Every shopping was 15 mins away from home. Convenience entry use of key fob. The 2 bathrooms were a plus. Enough room to fit our family of 5. Will deff book again if available for my next trip!!!!
Listing on Airbnb advertised king size bed and several queen size beds, accommodations for 8 guests. Home actually had one queen and what could have been two double beds. Kitchen did not have the basic items to accommodate three guests never mind 8 guests. Kitchen also lacked basics like salt and pepper. If a guest wanted to prepare anything as simple as a couple fried eggs, they would have to go to the store for salt and pepper as we did. Kitchen did have basic appliances, but only three spoons and three bowls. Plenty of 4 oz. juice glasses and coffee mugs, but no glasses any larger than the 4 oz. The owner did have wash clothes delivered during our stay when we notified him the lack of wash clothes. There were only 7 bath towels in the house, which was fine for the two of us, but again, if the guest party was more than 6 or so, a daily load of towels would need to be done to insure fresh towels on a daily basis.
This owner provides only the bare basics for his guests.

We had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the place was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable, nice neighborhood, our host was very attentive.
Steve was very prompt responding to my questions. The hot water valve for the jacuzzi tub wasn't working and Steve was able to find a plumber the day after Thanksgiving to repair it. We had everything we needed to cook. It is a very nice neighborhood and the backyard neighbors were so friendly. I will definitely be staying here again
